Taiwan aftermath

Hahaha. The energy bars worked for me and I gained 1kg after taiwan trip. 63.5kg now~~ and poor gb loses 500g. He told me Thailand has gym so he will slowly gain the lost weight. He is flying off today.

Lucky I chose the strawberry flavour over the chocolate ones. More fat and protein. I think the oyster omelette also helps in gaining weight too. They cost only NT 50 which is around 2.50 Sing dollars. Super cheap and they like to put vegetables inside the omelette.

Anyway, my face has a few pimples from Taiwan trip and decided to bring out my ancient mud mask which I left on the shelf. Only helped abit but have to see first.

My sister is very enthusiastic in LASik and wanted to help me pay first to accompany her to do it. Daniel had done it and said very painful. Oh my.. Getting poorer each day with all those 'distractions' .

Gb insisted on going Taipei zoo. Hahaha.. We managed to find see the exotic panda and american bison which i think cannot be found in Spore Zoo.

And I managed to get to see my idol!!! JACKY Wu's Guess Guess Guess.. My wish is fulfiled. Jacky Wu is a crowd favourite and is very quick in his thinking. Happy retirement. I will miss you. Damn cool and we met Guo xiang and Qingfu's gang at the studio.

When we are on our way to our rest place in Taipei, We met simon and yihao, and another gang consists of Jianxian and Richie at Ximending. So many ntu ppl in Taiwan.

National Central University

I just reached Singapore yesterday at around 2pm. Went to see dentist again because my retainer broke! $83 dollars. Faints..

National Central University's students are the host and they are very nice to us. Even though it is a short two days, we have lots of fun. When we were leaving in the taxi, I still think I am not sad because we cant build friendship in just two days. But after a few hours, I started to feel sad on the train to Hualien. Its so sad that they are Taiwanese because we may not meet again :( I will say after so many girl friends I have met, the two hosts are one of the most fun to be with. Imagine we use our budget (given by sponsors) to eat more than 10 different kinds of food in DanShui. I think Singaporean gals will give it a miss fearing of fat. They will always keep a lookout of Gb Jason and I, worrying that we may get lost in the campus or during the city tour.

And the Taiwanese team were jealous of the Spore team cos the two National Central University hosts say JIAYOU to us during the competition and not to them. Taiwanese team questioned their nationality. Nobody replied back to them cos it was awkward.. Hahaha..

Zhong li

Yesterday, The competition organisers bring us to Dan Shui and Taipei 101. We were sponsored again to go right up to Taipei 101 building. Damn Cool and niCEeeee.. So now we are back to Zhong li to stay for the night.

The competition is over. Had great fun down there and the Taiwanese are so frenly to us :) My sister told me that Taiwanese are pretty and I must agree~ Maybe their weather is nicer than Singapore, therefore less pimples :)

Pan Asian results out~

I am in Taiwan and decided to blog about this. The accomodation they provided is at least three to four star hotel :) Their budget increases from last time. Good breakfast unlike Thailand hotel.

Anyway, it took just half day to compete and it is hectic. Half an hour each round! Its like OMG. My team got third with only six teams competing. 1st is Taiwan (They are really a stong team!!) 2nd is Vietnam, 3rd Singapore, 4th China, 5th Mongolia (they do look very different!), 6th is Indonesia. Japan didn come for the competition.

So third prize is US1000 and after tax is US800 so each of us get around 400 SING but all in taipei dollars(NT). We get a trophy for that and should be donating that trophy back to NTU :)

Tomorrow will be city tour. Will be visiting Taipei 101. Cool ~~ And everyday is buffet!! Heaven for me. Will post the photos after I come back

Going off to taiwan...

I just found out my air ticket is an EVA airline economy class that costs $1000. Its like more than a trip to London which cost $700 from Emirates. Hope that Taiwan airline provides good food thou :)

Bought some Uncle Toby's energy bar from Compassvale to ensure that I wont lose weight in Taiwan. A total of 12 bars. One bar each day.

I am flying off at 1130am tomorrow and wont update my blog till 27th May. BYE~~

Its a Hk drama and the title meaning is more of 'You have the chance actually' and a deeper meaning is organic vegetables 'ji'. So this drama builds on the rural area of Hk. Maybe its time for Spore Mediacorp to film my very own Kampong Buangkok. It will surely be a hit like Nonya. HAHAHA..

Any Liverpool fan is going to watch this match? Last few soccer matches in Kallang stadium tt dun seem to be ready to be demolished.. 26th July is the day, a month that is special to me. Hehe. Prices are not up yet. I hope I can get a good seat at 80 or at most 100dollars :) Last time the KOP came at sporeI think the tickets are less than 50 dollars. My last match in Singapore National Stadium is Singapore Vs Malaysia Semi finals. Cool SHIT.. oops

Cousin's 2nd child party

I went to my Cousin's 2nd child party and my cousin is only 26 yrs old but has his own small business. Its heartening to see him holding the cup for his wife to drink. No photos cos I didn bring any camera but another cousin of mine keep looking at girls. Hahaha. Cos my cousin's wife is pretty so I think their genes are not bad :)

Anyway, Chunxu decided to stay in Singapore instead of travelling to taiwan with us cos of personal matters

Orh if anyone wan to go Europe, this could be a great time to go. Emirates ticket to Europe cost around $700. Its super cheap :)

Lulu's chalet

I went to NTU again today for NAAT. After that, went to Boon lay library to borrow books to know more about Taiwan.

Later went to Raffles Place's UOB to close the account as I had cancelled my debit card. I cancelled it cos they are making me to pay yrly subscription. Feel abit sad tt they didn stop me from closing my account cos when I first wanna close OCBC account last time, the OCBC bank manager will panic and ask me why. Hahaha. Maybe I should put at least a few Ks more to prove my worth. So went to deposit the money I got from UOB to OCBC as I applied the new NTU-OCBC debit card, with a 5 yr wavier of membership fees. My blog is sounding very gian peng now.

After all these bank transactions, went to meet Jason, GB and Chunxu at boat quay mcdonalds. So we were saying that the Binlang meis are very pretty, then I told them that OCBC main branch Raffles Place counter has a lot of pretty gals too. Good looks always front the counter I think.

We have alot of conflicting views ( I think its because of me !) and I was glad that they were very compromising and nice. They put my Yeliu into 2nd priority cos they think nobody mentioned b4 and shorten my initial one day trip to National museum to half a day. I like to visit musuem, makes me very intellectual.. HAHA.. Anw its ok, cos only Taipei and Hualien is must see :) Next monday, we will meet again then.

After such a long day, went to lulu's chalet with Jason and Gb. I guessed Chunxu went home. It was quite fun to gather with the NTU yr 1 classmates :) Then the five of us including pong and qian started to play bridge. Was happy that lulu likes the piglet glass and bowl :)

BAck to Ntu

Today went back to NTU to discuss about the taiwan trip with the prof. The prof is very nice and helped us fight to get our insurance for free. $50 dollars saved. Haha. Then, he also allowed us to put our laptops in his taiwan business partner's shop. If my laptop were to lose, we can claim $1000 from insurance, thou jason and gb vehemently say not worth it. I found it ok to get $1000 for a second hand laptop thou.

So after discussing, we decided to went to student union to get NTU blazers but the student union was closed. Then, there is the foosball (table soccer) near the student union and its free~~ Played until quite long, me against jason and gb cos I played table soccer a lot during army. Quite fun and I am quite gian peng as last time need to put in coins to play. After that we went to OCBC bank to sign up for the NTU-OCBC debit card, 5 yrs wavier wor.

After that, me and gb went for a short trip to gym and I went to give tuition. A hectic day

Weight problem

Even though I ate a few eggs per day in Thailand, I lose 1 kg. Oh my god. Maybe cos I ate only one egg on the last day ?!?!?
Managed to gained back tt 1kg cos I resumed my four meals per day. My metabolism is crazily high. Thats why I cant go exchange! Aiming to add more weight. A very hard task for me. Hahaha cos I am going to Taiwan :(

30th april activities

Today went to NAAT appreciation night.. The 3rd main com has done alot to make this night a special one. Sorry have to leave early. NICE videos and saboing. Next tuesday will be kboxing with the 2nd main com :)
MISSED the buffet cos I have to rush down to meet qian jason and pong to go to keppel bay. THat is pong's after exam celebration so must give some face. THey super enthu, already planned going to see the night scenery in the flyer on Monday. Can sense their excitement~~
